Today I prepared a delicious lunch in a slightly healthier way.
I wanted to cook fish, so I thought I’d try something different.
I rolled the fish fillets in ground cornflakes with ground red pepper and garlic.
I put a little olive oil on the baking paper and then arranged the fillets. I dripped a few drops of oil on them from above. Then I put the tray in the preheated oven.
It doesn’t take long for them to brown it nicely at 200 degrees.
Along with these delicious fish fillets, I made a great salad. I boiled the potatoes in their skins, just like when I make potato salad. In the potato salad, I put only onion, oil and vinegar in addition to potatoes, and here I also added cucumber, carrot, corn and boiled egg.
I seasoned it with salt, pepper, olive oil and a little lemon juice.
It is clear from the pictures that it was drier. Feel free to add more lemon juice and olive oil to season well.
