This is a very simple dish that is one of my kids’ favorites. It is quick and easy to prepare. We eat it with mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, rice or just with a nice salad. A special taste, in my opinion, is given to this wonderful dish by the aroma of garlic, the perfect structure of the cooking cream and of course the baked cheese.
Sometimes, instead of cooking cream, I make a bechamel sauce. It’s equally delicious. Also, sometimes I cut the chicken fillet into steaks, sometimes into larger pieces and sometimes into cubes like this.
I could eat it every day. The meat melts in your mouth. So simple, yet very nice.
