Goulash

If you are a fan of dishes with meat and spicy dishes, then you are definitely in the right place.

Goulash is a type of dish, originally from Hungary, which is usually prepared from beef, onion and ground sweet pepper. In addition to paprika as a basic spice, marjoram, cumin, bay leaf, black pepper are also used.Goulash is usually served with pasta, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Goulash is also a great thing if you need a meal for several days. If you ask my husband what we are going to cook in the kettle, the answer will almost always be goulash. We really like to prepare it and enjoy it. It simmers for a long time, and the aromas leave no one indifferent…

We prepare it often. Usually when we have friends over, but also as a family lunch for the five of us (actually six, including our German shepherd Leo, who is sure to enjoy it every time). The preparation is simple. We chop the onion, carrot, pepper, meat and then we put it to stew…all the time we keep the fire going…a real treat.
