Imperial pie

This pie is called Spanish pie or imperial pie. I’m more in favor of the second name, because it deserves it. This is one of those wonderful pies that you can’t go wrong with. Mix all the ingredients, pour into a baking tray and bake.

Magic is about making combinations of your favorite ingredients.

It can be served as a good breakfast or dinner, for example with yogurt or sour milk. It’s quick to prepare, so it’s also great if you have unexpected guests. At birthday parties, celebrations, family gatherings, no one will resist her. Slightly crispy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside.

When it cools down a bit, I cut it into pieces. Edges are the best. Somehow, they all disappear immediately.

If it stays for tomorrow, it’s even better.
