Juicy burgers

I think we all love burgers. Made of meat, vegetables, whatever. But wrapped in a bun with dressing and salad to taste, they are irresistible.

This time, I decided on burgers made of mixed beef and pork mince. With the salad that added freshness and crispness, they were excellent bites.

I added two onions, an egg, a little breadcrumbs and spices to the meat. Then mix everything well.

Then I formed burgers and fried them in a little oil. One side until nicely browned and then the other side.

Before I started the burgers, I prepared a delicious salad. I mixed sour cream and mayonnaise, added some squeezed lemon, salt and pepper. Then, finely chopped green salad, carrots and red cabbage add into it. Mix all well. If you want, you can also add some oregano, like I did.

When everything is ready, fill the buns and serve with small portions of French fries, for example.
