Mother-in-law’s steaks

These are steaks that are often on our table.I learned how to prepare them from my mother-in-law.

Sometimes I make them with pork, but more often with beef. In my opinion, they are incomparably tastier with beef. Yes, they take longer to prepare, but the effort is definitely worth it. I know them as hunting steaks, although people prepare them in different ways. Let these be my mother-in-law’s steaks.

The pictures show pork steaks. The preparation procedure is simple.Basically, all you need are steaks, oil, flour and spices. They go best with mashed potatoes, but that’s a matter of taste.

My mother-in-law, let’s say, adds a little mustard, which gives them a more specific taste.I’m more for this standard way..For me, garlic and parsley are indispensable.

The thickness of the sauce depends on the amount of flour you mix into the frying oil and, of course, on the amount of water you add.You can also put a bay leaf.
